We make every effort to produce industry quality products. We need your feedback to make the products you working with even better. This also ensures you that you will receive most wanted features with your next update.
We're happy to hear your story and suggestions (manual, installation quirk, urgent needed feature, something you think it should get fixed, ...).
Some of the most wanted features in our products were requests from our customers. No one knows better than You what features you need. We cannot guarantee we will add every feature suggested to us, but if we think that it will be useful to several users, we will very likely add it.
To encourage you to send us your comments and suggestions, we will list your story if we think others might find it interesting too. So, your should briefly explain the facts (perhaps something about you or your company, link to your website) and clearly mention "I agree to get listed" or else it will NOT. But be sure that the developers will go through it.
Getting listed may also get you contacts from new customers interesting in what you do.
