We hear nothing from most of our customers. Is this good ? While others would probably say "yes!" we say "NO!". Most customers contact our technical support people when they're in trouble (what else... :). Even if the product worked well at once, we're happy to hear your story and suggestions (manual, installation quirk, urgent needed feature or protocol, something you think it should get fixed, ...).
We make every effort to produce industry quality products. We need your feedback to make the products you working with even better. This also ensures you that you will receive most wanted features with your next update.
Some of the most wanted features in our products were requests from our customers. No one knows better than You what features you need. We cannot guarantee we will add every feature suggested to us, but if we think that it will be useful to several users, we will very likely add it.
To encourage you to send us your comments and suggestions, we list stories that customers emailed us and agreed to get listed. So, your should clearly mention "I agree to get listed" or it will NOT. Anyway, the developers will go through it.
